Interesting--this reminds me of that British modeling show that came out a few years ago; the one that featured one-armed, wheel-chair-bound, and deaf models. It caused a pop when it first came out but I never heard if was successful.

What is your take on these kinds of displays? All of these women are beautiful, but displays like this make me wonder about still putting forth unrealistic ideals. And of course, at the end of the day, it is about gaining PR to best show off and sell the clothes. Is this just another interesting set of living clothes hangers? I'm undecided.

True story, although myself being 5'8" feel like the story holds more weight than from someone as small as 5'. I am not an amazon, but I am still unable to fit comfortably either. My legs are in sever pain at the end of a three hour flight because I don't have the room to move them around! I avoid Southwest at all costs. I will pay more before I suffer on a flight of theirs. Great job spreading the word!

I watched the BAFTA awards pre-show interviews and at one point the interviewer spoke with 3 actors who were up for awards. Sibide was one of the three. The camera focused intently on the beautiful, thin, blond actress - hanging on her every word; the camera focused intently on the handsome Caucasian actor - hanging on his every word. When it was time for Sibide to speak, I did hear her every word but I only saw her face for a couple of seconds. The rest of the time the camera followed the male actor while he shook hands with fans ignoring Sibide all together. That was so obvious it was painful.

Fortunately, as you say, she is a goddess who was probably having too much fun to worry about it. I love her!

I have a hard time believing the sincerity of such campaigns launched by Unilever. On the one hand, the Dove campaigns for real beauty are fantastic, but when you consider that Unilever is also behind such products as Slim Fast and Fair & Lovely...it would appear that this all may just be a marketing ploy to attract a specific demographic of consumers.

This is definitely odd and disappointing, but not surprising in the least. The lack of diversity in magazines is one of the reasons I stopped buying them years ago.

WOW! Jennifer, you are an inspiration to women of all ages all around the world. Not many of us act on our beliefs as you have done by saying "No" to HBO and Fox for their demeaning portrayal of women. Well done & Thank you!

You are AMAZING! What you are doing for "FAT" people is long overdue. The industry has for too long been so overweighted with women who do not represent the average American. You go girl. KUDOS and BRAVOS!!!
